2020 Art Show & Sale
"Celebrating the Possibilities"

Jay & Mona Kang VIRTUAL Art Show and Sale!

Thank you to our generous sponsors, donor and artist who made the 2020 virtual art show a success!

Several opportunities for artists and purchasers to pick up artwork have been held over the past several weeks. Due to our building being closed and the majority of staff working from home, we will not be organizing any other times for pick-up. When our building reopens, we will contact artists and purchasers to arrange a time to pick up remaining artwork.

About the Art Show

All virtual, all online, all day long, the Barber National Institute Art Show & Sale is one of the largest and most diverse Art Shows in the region, with paintings, photography, and sculptures from over 400 youth, adult amateur and adult professional artists. A great way to support the work of local artists, as well as the mission of the Barber National Institute that is now more vital than ever. Your purchase or donation helps in bringing life-sustaining care to the vulnerable populations we serve in our group homes, behavioral health therapies and other essential services.

Even though the sale has ended, you can still enjoy the galleries of youth and adult art at the buttons below.

Collaborative Piece for Auction at Art Show

One artist did not have the use of her hands. Others were especially focused on cutting shapes or outlining on the canvas.  They came together, each bringing their strengths and interests, to create a special piece of artwork.

See how Frank Fecko, fine arts supervisor at the Barber National Institute, worked with the artists individually and as a team to collaborate on "Pathfinders," a painting in the auction portion of the show.
