Santa and Mrs. Claus made an early stop at the Barber Institute Tuesday, Dec. 18 to surprise students with presents selected especially for them. A holiday tradition continued with the celebration of a Christmas Liturgy for staff, students and adults at the Barber National Institute. A large crowd of providers, families and consumers offered powerful testimony this morning at a roundtable discussion with members of the PA Democratic Senate Caucus.
