The 2011 Artist In Residence Program at the Elizabeth Lee Black School concludes with a performance open to the community on Wednesday, Nov. 9 at 10:30 a.m. Students of the BNI packaged a total of 31 boxes that have been delivered for distribution through Operation Christmas Child. The Guelchers, who are the major sponsors of the Barber National Institute’s annual community art show, “Celebrating the Possibilities,” were recognized at the event held Tuesday, October 30 at the Institute.
