Facilitator Robin Fox gives parents a chance to discuss various situations, approaches to behavior, coping techniques, and available community resources. The group will focus on relevant topics and will serve as a support network. We believe this is perfect for parents, making it helpful for parents to adjust their family dynamics.
“The support group provides families with an opportunity to talk about certain topics dealing with school, behavior, and medical assistance as well as dealing with a new diagnosis and understanding insurance services. We want children and parents to feel comfortable with new interactions. We welcome any parent or guardian to this new group. We hope that any parent that attends the support group gains knowledge, confidence, and makes new friends.”
