Agency with Choice

An Erie County program that allows individuals and their families to self-direct their own services. This program gives individuals a greater choice and control over where, when, and how their services are delivered.

An Erie County program that works alongside parents and childcare providers to prevent disruptions to your child’s learning and care by addressing behavior challenges early and reducing the expulsion and suspension of children in childcare.

Referral and Eligibility for Family Services

  • To access family services at Barber National Institute, contact Expert Community Care Management, whose intake department will guide you through the eligibility assessment, helping you gather the necessary information.
    • Initial Contact: Call (814) 528-0601, email expert@eccm.org, or use their online contact form
    • Once eligibility is confirmed, a service coordinator will work with you to develop a personalized plan and connect you with the appropriate services at Barber National Institute
