The Norbert H. Hardner Foundation recently donated $15,000 to the Dr. Gertrude A. Barber Foundation for technology advances at the Elizabeth Lee Black School (ELBS).

The Barber Beast was a guest at the annual summer picnic sponsored by the Girard Parent Group. The event brings together adults who attend programs on the Girard Campus, as well as staff and parents. Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield recently made a sponsorship contribution of $5,750 in support of two Barber National Institute events. The Knights of Columbus Pope John XXIII Council 5430 recently donated $1,000 to benefit the Barber National Institute Girard Campus.
