Maennerchor Club Donates $10,000 to Dr. Gertude A. Barber Foundation

The Erie Maennerchor Club recently presented a $10,000 donation to the Dr. Gertrude A. Barber Foundation.  General manager Steve Chichester, left, and Club president Mike Dougherty presented the donation to John Barber, second from right, Barber National Institute president, and Gary Bukowski, vice president for advancement.  

The Club, which includes 3,200 members, made the gift as part of the $1,000,000 Challenge commemorating the 100^th birthday celebration of Dr. Gertrude A. Barber.
