Golf Tournament Raises $3,500 for Barber Foundation

The Dr. Gertrude A. Barber Foundation received $3,500 thanks to the success of the first annual Stormin' Norman Boetger Memorial Golf Tournament. The event, which took place September 16 at the Lawrence Park Golf Course, was held in memory of Norm Boetger.
Boetger, who passed away last year, was a strong supporter of the Barber National Institute and a member of the All Star Game Committee. Proceeds from the event were also shared with the United Way of Erie County.
