Connections Camp Closes with Carnival-style Field Trip

Connections Camp held their final field trip in the BNI gym where Carnival game setups were avilable for campers. The children enjoyed scooting around the gym floor, racing their friends, and ending with a team activity involving a parachute.

Connections Camp is a Summer Therapeutic Activities Program for children ages 5-14 diagnosed with high-functioning autism, asperger syndrome or pervasive development disorder.

Connections Camp focuses on helping children and teens develop interpersonal skills, manage their emotions and make good decisions. The use of social coaching encourages campers to work through difficult social situations and teaches them how to react positively to these challenges.

We would like to thank all Connections Camp staff and the staff involved in our other camps for a great summer.
