Bishop Persico Delivers Liturgy at BNI

The Barber National Institute welcomed Bishop Lawrence Persico of the Diocese of Erie for a holiday Liturgy on Friday.

Many gathered in the Forum to hear Bishop Persico speak. He spoke of appreciating and spreading the word of God not only during the holiday season, but throughout the year. After worship, song, and prayer, everyone shook hands with Bishop Persico and thanked him for his attendance. Heath and Emma, two students from our Happy Hearts Preschool, presented Bishop Persico with a special gift. They presented Bishop Persico with a print that featured two children with angel wings and halos looking at a Christmas tree, with text that read "Glory to GOD in the highest."
