This class consisted of classroom and practical hands-on training which prepares rescue personnel to evaluate and respond to ice related emergencies.

Our students are having their own version of the Olympics in our gym with hockey, curling, luge, and a relay race as part of the festivities. The Barber National Institute held a sponsor lunch Thursday to recognize last year's sponsors for the Barber Beast on the Bay and make a pitch for sponsors this year. The Young People's Chorus of Erie and the Erie Chamber Orchestra give students opportunity in music.
