The Young People's Chorus of Erie and the Erie Chamber Orchestra give students opportunity in music.
The Young People's Chorus of Erie and the Erie Chamber Orchestra give students opportunity in music. Students in the Elizabeth Lee Black School are using iPads to become artists, photographers and story tellers through their experiences with a long-term Artist-in-Residency this school year. The youngsters shared their projects, created with digital artist and filmmaker Jude Shingle, in a presentation for parents, sponsors and classmates. Thank you to representatives from Academy Theatre, ArtsErie, Box of Light, Erie Playhouse, Theater on the Move, and Young People's Chorus of Erie for attending. ArtsErie and the Barber National Institute will partner with VSA/PA to provide a one-hour workshop on January 8th at 10 a.m. for arts and cultural organizations and artists interested in learning how to prepare an environment for children and adults on the autism spectrum.Local Organizations Give Gift of Music
