Student Receives Good Kid Award

Congratulations to Isaiah Quinn, a student in the Elizabeth Lee Black School who was selected for the "Good Kid" Award on WJET TV/Fox66. Isaiah was nominated for his efforts to help other students in the school and his volunteerism in the community. The award includes a cash prize presented by the Kia Auto Express Superstore.
