Swim Schedule E begins May 9th. Open Exercise, family swim, parent/child, and more! The Barber National Institute will offer a lifeguarding course to be held Saturday, April 2, 9 and 16 and Sunday, April 10, 14 and 24. The Barber National Institute has opened a new facility in Millcreek to better serve the needs of adults in western Erie County as well as potential community employers.
