Congratulations to the Erie City All-Star team for scoring a 3-2 comeback win over the County Team in Saturday's 46th Annual City County All-Star Baseball Game at Jerry Uht Park. The Barber National Institute recognizes two local baseball legends, Rich Matlak and Joe Cook. First Niagara Bank donated $20,000 through Educational Improvement Tax Credit Program (EITC) to provide preschool scholarships.
