NEED TO KNOW:
- Wear appropriate clothing, this event will take place rain or shine. Stay tuned to our social media channels for the latest updates.
- Free parking is available. Entrance to the course this year is going to be Located at 1 Waldameer Park Road (or 3100 West Lake Road), Erie, PA 16505.
- Volunteers please arrive 15 minutes before your shift, and changes or cancelations please call (Jenifer Gross)
- Participants should arrive 15 minutes before their wave time to check in and prepare. Any changes or cancelations please contact (Jackie Zacherl)
- All participants and volunteers need to have:
- A copy of their photo ID, if you are over 21and would like a beer band
- Ensure that they have signed their waiver prior to participating in event.
Handicapped port-a-potties are available at the start and finish lines and handicapped accessible restrooms are midway through the course. Additional bathrooms (non-handicapped) are available outside and inside Rainbow Gardens.
- Waters and light sacks will be available pre- and post-race for the participants.
- Plan on sticking around after you finish the course for some post-party fun! DJ JAY will be inside rainbow gardens spinning the tunes and keeping the party going!
