Congratulations to Marla DiPaolo, the Pittsburgh campus Employee of the Month for April.Marla fosters positive relationships with the individuals she works with and really has made a positive difference in their lives. She is receptive to supervisory guidance and completes assigned tasks thoroughly and in a timely manner. She has completed all trainings required earlier than requested and has independently worked consistently and quickly through her ACRE Certification. Marla’s billing is completed thoroughly and on time. Marla is very communicative and consistently updates her supervisor of any concerns that may arise. Marla has been able to positively work through challenging situations during community outings and has been able to reassure the individuals and support them effectively through these situations. Marla is flexible regarding meeting and working with new individuals and has been open minded in adjusting to any situation that may arise. Marla really shows that she cares and wants to improve the lives of the individuals that she supports in helping them reach their goals.
