Dominique is a hardworking employee who has proved himself to be extremely reliable, caring, respected and admired. He is thorough in his job and does not leave unfinished tasks, remains calm during times of high stress and is extremely caring to his individuals and treats them with dignity. He is always punctual for his shifts and picks-up overtime and available shifts. He goes above and beyond the basics of his job to ensure that the individuals are well cared for.
