Brianna is an exceptional staff member & valuable member of our Girard Team! Brianna works so well with ALL of our individuals- and in return our adults just adore her! She has a gentle & kindhearted approach & makes her job look easy!
Brianna enjoys having fun with our individuals, making them laugh, engaging with them, and giving them her all! She is assertive of their wants, needs, and interests. Brianna’s positive attitude and smile alone, is a great motivator, putting all near her in a good mood!
Brianna continues to go above and beyond her required job responsibilities and is always willing to take on any task asked of her. What stands out is that she is always willing to/steps up to volunteer for random specific tasks. She understands that the job just needs done and will help out to make that happen!
Brainna is willing to come in to work (for a full day or partial shift) on her days off when we are short staffed because she understands how important consistency is to our individuals.
