Employee of the Month Erie October

Congratulations to Darian Pettigrew, the Erie campus Employee of the Month for October! 

Darian consistently goes above and beyond his responsibilities, ensuring that not only are the facilities well maintained, but also that everyone he interacts with feels supported and valued. Darian approaches every task with a positive attitude and genuine willingness to help. He doesn’t wait to be asked and is always the first to offer assistance, whether it’s addressing a maintenance concern or solving a problem before it becomes a bigger concern. His reliability and initiative make him an invaluable member of our team.

Darian was also an instrumental part of our process to consolidate two buildings.  He was able to help navigate the move, which with his help, was a smooth transition.  He was quite thoughtful in the process and was available to help solve problems when needed.  Darian helps makes the programs vision a reality.  He has become a very valuable member.
