Employee of the Month August Pittsburgh

Jordan Marble started his career at the Barber National Institute in June 2025. He was very attentive and engaging right out of the gate in orientation. Jordan was asking questions all week and was very understanding while the Barber team navigated through some technical concerns. Shortly there after he attended the Medication Administration course and he came prepared and ready to learn. After his initial training, he has been a joy to have in the residential homes. He brings energy and an eagerness to learn the individuals while on shift. He has been very accommodating and willing to be moved to other residential homes where there is a shortage of staff elsewhere. Jordan shows up to any house with the same enthusiasm to learn the individuals and the routine. He has a calmness about him that other staff and individuals are drawn to and appreciate. Jordan is incredibly responsive to all forms of communication. He is a new but very valuable member of the Barber National Institute family.
