Employee of the Month August Erie

Felicity Miniaci is one of the wheels that keeps Barber National Institute's Senior Center running strong.   Felicity makes the activities fun with her playful sense of humor.   She makes something old, new and fun again by putting a little twist on it.  Not only is she fun and creative with group activities but also with craft projects.  She tries to see what the individuals like and then matches it with their skill level to have a fascinating product in the end.  Felicity aims to mentor the concept that "you are never too old to learn something new", especially when leading the Chapel group.  Felicity is aware of what is happening within the building and knows the components to make it go smoothly.  She will see a need and take the initiative to follow through with whatever it is.  Felicity uses her creativity not only within the building but to make activities in the community as enjoyable and educational as possible.  Felicity genuinely cares for the individuals.  She strives to be professional, work hard, and to do the best she can.  It is truly a blessing to have Felicity on the Senior Center team.
