Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Community - Part-Time

The Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Community position helps adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities foster independence. You will be there every step of the way in Philadelphia day programs as our individuals gain valuable new skills.

Work with a team of creative and reliable professionals to help our adults grow, learn and connect with others in their community. It’s more than a career; it’s a fulfilling way of life. Responsibilities include implementing goal plans, completing progress notes, assisting with personal care and preparing activity schedules.

We are committed to providing a safe environment throughout the hiring process, orientation, and at the worksite. Covid training, enhanced cleaning and disinfecting, and ample PPE as needed.

Qualifications for Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Community - Part-Time:
• Must be 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Eligibility for State Police Criminal Record Check and Child Abuse History Clearance
• FBI clearance required for individuals who do not meet PA residency requirements
