Job Description

Family Based Mental Health Supervisor

As the Family Based Supervisor you will oversee the Family Based Mental Health treatment team. The successful candidate should possess a clinical and administrative skill-set, be highly-motivated and a team-player who can work independently.

The Supervisor will report to and work closely with the program Director. Responsibilities include clinical supervision of therapists; completing administrative tasks; assuring program compliance with regulatory mandates; processing referrals; performing on-site supervisions; sharing back-up on-call responsibilities; communicating with families, therapists, payers and other service providers.

Qualifications for Family Based Mental Health Supervisor:
• Master’s Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, special education or related field
• 2 years of experience working in the CASSP system in supervisory capacity
• Must have previous administrative experience, be detail-oriented and proficient in Excel
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
• Eligibility for State Police Criminal Record Check and Child Abuse History Clearance
• DHS and PDE FBI clearances required
