Medical Assistant – Part-Time
As a Medical Assistant – Part-Time in the Behavioral Health Division for the Outpatient Behavioral Health Clinic of Barber National Institute, you will be responsible for measuring vital signs, verifying medications, communicating with psychiatrist and treatment team, managing refill phone line, scheduling appointments, confirming patients’ insurance eligibility, and obtaining prior authorizations for services.
Other responsibilities include performing clerical duties and data entry for electronic health records. Strong computer skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment required.
