Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Non-Driver - Part-Time

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Non-Driver, you will be helping adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities foster independence through our Residential program. This specific position is a nondriving role to support individuals living in group homes. Available positions located throughout Philadelphia, Hatboro, Richboro, and Feasterville Trevose areas. Some open positions and work locations are located on bus routes, making commute a breeze.

Responsibilities for the Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Non-Driver position include helping with daily living skills, assisting with personal care, completing household chores, completing progress notes and documentation, and promoting independence. Work with a team of creative and reliable professionals to help our adults grow, learn, and connect with others in their community. It’s more than a career; it’s a fulfilling way of life.

Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from work
  • Eligibility for State Police Criminal Record Check and Child Abuse History Clearance
  • FBI clearance required for individuals who do not meet PA residency requirements
