Job Description

Licensed Mental Health Therapist

Make a difference as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist serving clients in elementary through high-school in an outpatient school setting. Full time position following school-year calendar, summer work opportunities available.

Responsibilities of Licensed Mental Health Therapist:
• Provide research and evidence-based therapy to children who have a mental health diagnosis;
• design, develop, write and implement formalized treatment plans for individuals in treatment;
• conduct collaborative documentation;
• collaborate with treatment team including school personnel, psychiatry, nursing, and other systems;
• collaborate and communicate effectively with all BNI programs and personnel;
• attend weekly supervision meetings
• conduct ADOS Testing.

Qualifications for Licensed Mental Health Therapist:
• Master’s Degree in Psychology, counseling or related field.
• Licensed Professional Counselor or Licensed Clinical Social Worker preferred.
• Knowledge of evidenced-based clinical therapy models in the treatment of mental illness
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Eligibility for State Police Criminal Record Check and Child Abuse History Clearance
• FBI clearance required for individuals who do not meet PA residency requirements.
