Job Description

Administrative Support-Training

Do you want a job that is meaningful and fulfilling? In the Administrative Support-Training position you will play an important role in maintaining and organizing the clerical duties for the Education & Training Department.

The successful applicant will possess superior computer skills; ability to multi-task and meet deadlines, and present a professional and personable demeanor while interacting with employees who arrive for training.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: enter training information into several software applications, organize room scheduling, scan documents for electronic storage, organize training supplies and provide assistance to employees with training questions.

Qualifications for Administrative Support-Training:
• Must be 18 years of age
• High school diploma/equivalent
• Must possess strong computer skills and ability to learn various software programs.
• Eligibility for PA State Police Criminal Record Check and Child Abuse History Clearance
• FBI Clearance for individuals who do not meet PA residency requirements
