The Best in Boutique Shopping

Our guests love browsing at the boutiques that offer a wide selection of elegant and unique jewelry, distinctive gift ware, original art, hand crafted fashion accessories, and homemade sweets! Our "unique boutique" includes artisans and merchants who offer items such as heavenly scented handmade soaps and lotions; ever-popular beach glass jewelry; embellished purses; stained glass mosaics; and unusual designs created from rocks and beach glass.

You may click on any of the images on this page to enlarge them.

Here a sample of some of our past boutique vendors:

Silpada Designs...Gail Root and Karen Groshek offer a tremendous selection of fine .925 Sterling Silver Jewelry, in handcrafted designs from around the world. Lifetime Guarantee! 100% of profits from sales at the Ladies Only Luncheon will be donated to the Barber National Institute!

Kathie Hilbert-Hickey of Black Cat Creations, an Erieite now residing in Cincinnati, joined our Boutique in 2006. Her felted wool purses were a hit.

Tarts and cookies, homemade by Kathy Fling of Delectabites, are a favorite treat for our guests who don't have the time to prepare their own holiday desserts.

Bridget Allburn and Cherie Rouse of Dash of Pizzazz have been supporting the luncheon since its inception. Their colorful, funky jewelry sells well every year.

stART...steps toward Alternative Rehabilitative Training is the fine arts program of the Barber National Institute that showcases the artistic talents of adults with developmental disabilities. The Kahkwa Club vestibule becomes an art gallery for a day while we offer some wonderful works of art for sale.
