Summer Program for Children & Adolescents
Connections Camp will be held in summer 2013 for children and young adolescents diagnosed with Asperger’s Syndrome, Pervasive Development Disorder or High-Functioning Autism. Connections Camp is our Summer Therapeutic Activities Program for children ages 5-14 that is focused on helping them develop interpersonal skills, manage their emotions and make good decisions.
The camp was one of the first Summer Therapeutic Activities Program in the state when it first opened in 2000. The program is developed for youngsters ages 5-14 and focuses on helping them develop interpersonal skills, manage their emotions and make good decisions. The use of social coaching encourages children and teens to work through difficult social situations and teaches them how to react positively to these challenges.
If you have any questions about our therapeutic and socially interactive summer Connections Camp, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or call (814) 878-5957.
New this year: “Keep Connected,” an optional afternoon recreational program for camp participants, siblings & peers.
