This community-based service is designed to help adults with disabilities develop skills while forming friendships and having fun.
The caring and energetic staff at Club Erie work with people either individually or in small groups to support them in achieving goals such as: participating in activities of interest, learning a skill at home, volunteering, or hanging out with friends. Four levels of support are available, ranging from 1:1 to 1:6 staff to consumer ratios. Club Erie is based at 1358 E.12th Street, but all activities take place in the community or home. Services are currently offered Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., but can be provided other days/times upon request. Various transportation options are available.
