Summer Care

Annual Calendar of Service Days

• Child care for preschool aged students is offered throughout the summer.
• Happy Hearts Preschool Child Care is closed on major holidays celebrated by the Dr. Gertrude A. Barber National Institute.

Meals and Snacks

• Preschoolers in attendance will receive a morning and afternoon daily snack as part of the tuition paid.
• A hot lunch is available from the school cafeteria for preschoolers attending full-day childcare.
• Parents may apply for a free or reduced cost lunch; determination is based on family income.

Tuition Information

• Payment of one daily fee entitles the parent to a full day of services, from our opening to closing time.
• We accept private payment by check, money order or credit card.
• We accept subsidy from CCIS (Child Care Information System of Erie County) and payment from the Office of Children & Youth for Special Purchases.
