Community Group Homes
The Barber National Institute operates six ICF/MR homes located in the South Hills area of Pittsburgh. Each home accommodates four individuals. The Residential Services program incorporates a team approach including individual, family, and all related support staff. 
The program promotes:
- Community Inclusion
- Financial Management
- Medication Education
- Social Skills
- Self Help Skills
Other services provided by the Residential Program include:
- Physical and Occupational Therapy
- Speech Therapy
- Dietary Services
- Behavioral Supports
